After retiring from a decorated racing career, Craig Dack, embarked on a racing relationship with Yamaha Australia that is soon to enter its fourth decade. Starting in a small area of the Sydney warehouse, CDR Yamaha is now the longest running and most successful motocross team in Australia.

More then 20 years in the making, Serco Motorsport, have been the official factory backed MX2 team to campaign Yamaha’s YZ250F in national motocross and supercross championships. The combination of a national distributor and an international motorcycle manufacturer has become the ultimate win on Sunday, buy on Monday marketing tool.

In 2007, Yamaha Australia were looking for a team that could short track rider development and close the gap between amateur and professional racing that allows riders to stay on Yamaha and create a career path with the bLU cRU. That team was GYTR Yamaha and it has now morphed into Yamalube Yamaha Racing with a string of championships to its name.

Based in Echuca on the Victorian / New South Wales border, the WBR Yamaha team started from humble beginnings to claim a worlds championship in 2018. Their core business is running a Yamaha dealer in Echuca, their passion is racing, and they have combined the two to make it a great success story for Yamaha and racing.

The Yamaha Racing Team is the flagship road racing team for Yamaha Australia, campaigning the thundering Yamaha R1 in the Australia Road Racing Championships for nearly 20 years now.
